From Trainee to Team Powerhouse: Bliss’s Journey with ROK & RBM
It’s always inspiring to look back and see how people grow and this throwback photo from around 2013 is the perfect reminder of that.
In the photo is Bliss, who was part of our team back then before leaving to explore new opportunities and grow her skills elsewhere. Years later, in July 2021, she decided to return this time stepping into the world of mortgages as a trainee mortgage advisor.
While training, Bliss also tried her hand at estate agency, but it didn’t quite click (as she’ll happily admit!). However, she was also managing some marketing projects outside of work creating mouthwatering content and growing online engagement. Seeing her creative spark, I suggested she take over our marketing while completing her training.
That decision turned out to be a game-changer.
Since then, Bliss has:
Completed a content creation apprenticeship 🎓
Taken charge of marketing for both ROK Marsh and RBM Solutions
Overseen accounts, payroll, and HR functions
And even launched and runs our successful networking events, which continue to grow month after month
She’s now one of the most versatile and invaluable members of our team working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.
From trainee to creative, and now an essential part of our business we couldn’t be prouder of her journey and all she continues to achieve.
