Please note that to meet referencing criteria, the total household income must be at least 30 times the monthly rent.
For example; if the rent is £1,000 per month, a minimum household income of £30,000 is required.

If you are unable to meet the income requirements, a guarantor may be required (subject to the landlord’s approval). A guarantor must have an income of at least 36 times the monthly rent.
For example; for a rent of £1,000 per month, the guarantor would need to earn a minimum of £36,000 per year.

IMPORTANT: If false or misleading information is found to have been provided, it will be taken into account in deciding whether to grant the tenancy and the holding deposit could be retained, so please ensure your application is truthful.
