Celebrating 5 Years of ROK Marsh: My Journey with ROK Lettings

As ROK Marsh celebrates its 5-year anniversary, I’ve taken a moment to reflect on my own journey within the business, one that began in February 2022 when I joined ROK on a self-employed basis to launch the Lettings Department.

For me, the vision was clear: to create a lettings service that was flexible — flexible enough to meet the individual needs of my clients, while also providing the right balance for my own family life. From that balance, ROK Lettings was born💚

In just a few short years, the journey has been full of highlights:

• Winning awards in both my first and third year — an incredible recognition of hard work and commitment.

• Team celebrations, from Christmas and birthday parties to those little extras that make a difference, like massage days and cinema trips.

• And of course, that unforgettable go-karting day, where the competitive streaks came out in full force!

What I value most about my time at ROK is the combination of professional growth and a supportive, people-first culture. It’s a rare thing to find a workplace that genuinely champions both achievement and wellbeing — and I’m proud to be part of it.

As we look ahead to the next chapter, I’m excited for the continued growth of ROK Lettings and to see what the next 5 years bring 🚀
